| KUDOS FOR TURTLE | ||

To whom it may concern: Eileen Parzek of Turtle Art & Design created my web site at http://www.r-3.com. I am thrilled with the results. She designed all the art from scratch. Her work had to match our letterhead, but we had no other art to provide as a starting point. We provided storyboards and a theme for our business site. Eileen took it from there, and created a site that both reinforces our established image and incorporates our new theme -- as if we'd always planned it this way. We had several ideas of how to build the site, and Eileen improved on our ideas, reorganizing pages where she saw a better way. I do not have time to design a web site, nor learn HTML. Many of the computer wizards I've worked with communicate exclusively in code-talk. I appreciated Eileen's ability to translate her questions so that I could help her understand our needs. She was able to clearly explain her questions, and answer my questions in plain english. Eileen is located in Albany, New York and I am in Austin, Texas. Not a beat was missed on this project even though we never met in person. This was the first time I've ever spent this much money on a contractor I'd never met, and I felt well taken care of by Eileen. She and I communicated regularly by phone, email, and regular mail. I've worked with some people who just can't communicate unless they are in your office, but Eileen uses the internet to establish and maintain a personal and rewarding relationship. I would recommend Eileen over several other web site artists I've worked with because I have great confidence in her abilities and the utmost respect for her talent.
