To Whom It May Concern: Our organization has worked with Eileen Parzek of Turtle's Web Art & Design for over two years now. Ms. Parzek was the creator of our original web design. Given our limited budget as a new company, we couldn't have asked for better. Even after researching other sources, we were thrilled to give her our business again when we moved to a much larger and more complex web design that included a company Intranet and intra-company communications area.
