As an independent consultant and owner of Turtle's Web Art & Design, Eileen Parzek has been involved in the development of approximately 250 web sites since mid 1995. And, in 2000, as the telecommuting Creative Director for the ParaSoft and Predixis companies, she continued this work and went in some new directions.
